C & M Manufacturing’s focus is always on the customer and how the parts or components are used to achieve success in the total sum of the project; how do the components work together?

That is the most important question. Once we have the answer, the engineering/die design process can begin.

• How does it work?
• What are the “fit” requirements?
• Max or min conditions?
• What processes are performed on it?

C & M Manufacturing’s design team utilizes CAD/CAM, as well as past experience and application of similar successes into every project started. It is impossible to hit the bull’s eye if we do not know where the target is. With direction from our customer, C & M Manufacturing focuses on tooling design elements that can produce repeatable results for a successful, high quality, low cost manufacturing process for C & M Manufacturing and our customers.

Tooling design is critical to the manufacturing process and it is C & M Manufacturing’s goal to continue to maintain the management of these critical steps to insure customer satisfaction, PPAP through to service quantities. Once the process is pinpointed, the design process is initiated and approved by the engineering and the tooling departments.

All projects have critical path goals that are monitored from kickoff through production. This assures a successful, on-time project.
