Stamping is the main process at C & M Manufacturing. Stamping is always supported by a tooling source. C & M Manufacturing is very fortunate to house a complete tooling facility within its confines. There are many functions the tooling department performs:

• Sharpening tools and dies(preventative maintenance)
• Troubleshooting
• Re-building and replacement(spares)
• Engineering changes
• New build
• In process gages/fixtures

C & M Manufacturing utilizes conventional and modern/CNC machining to perform the support that the manufacturing processes require. Manufacturing and tooling departments work closely together to evaluate and resolve any problems or concerns that arise. It is our belief that this marriage allows C & M Manufacturing to provide the best products at competitive prices.

Our tooling department excels in the restoration of an incapable or skewed process back to stabilization and capability. Old or worn out tooling can be reverse engineered to save time and money for our customers.
